How to play with Raze Valorant VALORANT RAZE GUIDE - TIPS AND TRICKS

How to play Raze Valorant - Valorant is a complex game. With the various agents and weapons at stake, you have a lot to master if you really want to win more games. However, the first decision you really have to make is which agent to play.

If you are going to play Valorant as Raze, then mastering his skills comes first. You cannot work on the rest of your game until you have fully mastered your agent.

This Raze guide can help you with that, covering tips and tricks along with how to use the skills.

Raze is one of the most interesting characters in Valorant. While he's excellent as an attacker, the skills here have great potential. There are already some cool tech moves that can be made with these skills.

When you are part of a balanced team, you can progress a lot by playing as Raze. This guide covers how to do that.

Valorant Raze Skills Guide

Raze is one of the funniest agents to play as in Valorant. She fits well in a lot of compositions, which is really useful.

Skills are really important to play well in Valorant. However, one of the biggest problems with players that you will encounter is that they don't know when to use them.

Understanding the skills of each agent is really important, but you are actually using it at the right times. Here's what you need to know about each of Raze's abilities and when you can use them to their best effect.

Boom Bot Raze Valorant

The boom bot is a pretty cute little robot, which looks like a Roomba. You can use it to clear a section of the map. It will slide once you turn it on, and it will changedirection when it hits a wall. If he sees an enemy, he will notice him and explode.

Does a fair amount of damage. However, players can destroy it before it explodes. There are a few uses for the boom bot to play Valorant as Raze:

Clear an Area with the Boom Bot - In Valorant, Raze's Boom Bot can be dispatched down a corridor or lane. If he encounters a player, he will deal heavy damage or explode. You can use this to clear an entire lane at a time.

Tracking - With this run, you have a few options on how to track.

You could follow him after the boom bot and take preventative photos of whoever he finds.

This uses the boom bot to sink enemy players giving you an advantage. However, in this way the potential of the little robot is wasted.

Take another route: bots provide a kind of recognition where you are going, as you listen to what happens, you can take advantage of this. You could take another lane that takes you to the same place, the boom bot should close from another direction.

This will distract or eliminate an enemy. This allows you to take out two routes at a time instead of just one, and reach an enemy from a few directions.

Valorant Raze Guide - Explosion Pack

Blast Pack is one of Raze's most versatile abilities. You can use it offensively, defensively, or even as mobility. However, this is one that will take quite a bit of practice.

It's a pack that you can throw on surfaces, it sticks there. You can then detonate it quite easily. There are weapons analogous to this in most other shooters like Fortnite, PUBG, or Warzone. Here are some options for it:

As a cheat: you set the blast pack and blow it when it can cause some damage.

This is the most common use for this weapon, but it will get the job done.

Crowd Control: Preventive blowing also works to force enemies back down a corridor.

An explosion that damages those at the front of the pack can give you a bit of time to move your team and position it to deal with the attackers.

Push Forward : You can throw them, so throwing them forward to disperse enemies or do some damage works too.

Movement - This is by far the most interesting use. You can blow these packages yourself to propel yourself forward or to the ait.

You can use it to push yourself into the air to land on a surface. However, you can also fly down a corridor to hurry up.

The uses of motion with the blast pack can really rock a game and most enemies don't see it coming.

Retreat - this is a form of movement, but it is worth mentioning independently. If you keep an explosive package, you can use it to get out of jail card when under pressure.

Pull it down and let it propel you to safety. Paint Shells.

Valuable trace

Paint Shells is a pretty funny version of a grenade for Raze.

These grenades can be thrown, explode, then split into smaller grenades, which then explode again. If someone gets caught within range, all of these explosions will do a lot of damage. These are the best times to use them:

Offensively - The offensive capabilities of this are pretty apparent, throw it at the thing you want to die for. This is not the smartest use for you.

Stop a Push - You can use them really well to stop an enemy team pushing against you.

They do enough damage that enemies won't find them either. Just try to launch them at the last possible second, it has the biggest effect here.

Sage - Playing a Sage on your team will help you use the paint shells correctly as a Raze.

If they can catch a player in the slow orb, they are killed with a grenade hit. It's worth coordinating this as you can get a lot of free kills this way.

Showtopper Valuable trace

Showstopper is the great ability in Valorant for Raze. It is a rocket launcher with a short cooldown, it fires a fast rocket that has a great AOE effect on impact.

This works great for interrupting and doing damage. However, you can get hurt by these rockets, so be careful to aim far enough. Here are some tips for using it:

Using this defensively allows you to push enemies back. When paired with a high jump with an explosive pack, this is effective.

For the most part, the only thing you need to be aware of is a decent line of sight. This is harder to find on some maps, so keep this in mind.

Try to shoot in a confined space, but from a distance.

The rocket radius can be difficult to master at first, but with a little time and practice, you will have a good judge of how big a blast you are going to make.

Destroy with Raze Valorant

Those are some general tips and tricks for playing raze.

In Valorant , Raze is a very fun aggressive agent to play with.

She makes a decent addition to most team comps. Our other Valorant guides can help you with the other mechanics at play and how to master them.

As playing with Raze Valorant has been entertaining I hope you can put it into practice. Greetings!!
